If you are planning to visit our office during Alert Level 2, we ask that you:
- Do not visit our office if you are feeling unwell, are over 70 or have an underlying health condition.
- Use the sanitiser available at the reception desk
- Maintain physical distancing of at least 2 metres
- Use the NZ COVID Tracer app or our visitors register to sign into our office for tracing purposes

If you wish to keep your distance from us, we totally understand. We have Zoom set up if you would like to meet virtually. Just let us know.
Send Us Your Records
We are happy to receive records electronically . If you don't have a scanner, you can try out the Adobe Scan app for an easy way to convert photos of documents to PDFs.
